House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two people, legally married for at least two years) will reside on-campus in a student home at Milton Hershey School to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
