Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent roles reside on campus, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students in a home-like setting; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The arrangement begins with nine days on/three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working in a single student home; relocation benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
