Job Summary
House Parent couple lives on campus in a student home, supervising ~8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, scheduling, devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting/reporting, and driving students to activities; initial nine-on/three-off cycle with eventual placement in a consistent home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and facilitating student wellness. Requires two-person married couple, 27+, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift 50 lbs; relocation package provided; on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans
