House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to care for a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group.
