Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home in a structured, family-like environment, supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses applying for consideration; relocation assistance is provided.
