House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus-based program to care for groups of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a consistent, placed houseparent assignment living with the same group of students.
