Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couple living on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for a group of 8–13 students in a home environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in recreational and developmental activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and can transition into a permanent placed houseparent assignment with same students. The position offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Both spouses must apply individually, be legally married for at least two years, and be at least 27 years old; high school diploma or GED is required. Driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples (must be legally married for at least two years)

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
