Job Summary
House Parent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School; full-time on-campus live-in care and supervision for 8–13 students per home, including daily supervision, schedules, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on, then three off, with progression to a placed houseparent role in a student home. Relocation package provided; benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and paid training. Requires two-year marriage, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
