House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
