Job Summary
Two-person married couple to live on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, overseeing 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168k total per couple with housing and meals).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
