Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-spouse employment applications (both spouses must apply)
- Exposure to youth/work with youth

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
