House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervise about 8–13 students, mentor and support daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home.
