House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple required to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes that house approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions, Sunday Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
