House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as care-guidance-sustainment for 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, paid training, paid time off, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple. Requirements include being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to lead devotional activities on campus.
