Job Summary
House Parent role for married couples living on campus to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Requires Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent with a nine-on/three-off schedule. Relocation support provided; benefits include comprehensive insurance and retirement options. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and possess a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to operate student transport; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
