Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8-13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational events, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students attend school. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both age 27 or older, and hold valid U.S. driver's licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
