Job Summary
House Parent (two-person, married-couple) at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Residents on-campus provide daily supervision, mentorship, and a family-like environment for 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, and schedules, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel. Initially support multiple student homes with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transition to a placements-focused home. Employer provides relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple with on-site housing and meals. Requires a legally married couple for the role, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
