Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple HouseParent team will reside on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and guide a group of about 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and gradually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The position offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time flex schedule (nine days on duty followed by three days off).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
