House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School — a two-person married couple role living on campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with full relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27 or older.
