Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students, including transportation, devotions, budgeting, and reporting. After initial nine-on/three-off duty, they transition to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Relocation package included; benefits cover medical/dental/vision, retirement options, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and living in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27+. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
