Job Summary
House Parent role for married couples living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey/Los Angeles area? No—location specified as Lomita, CA. You will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to youth development within a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both applicants must apply. Required Qualifications
