Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and development support for approximately 8–13 students. Roles include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Both spouses must be 27+ years old, legally married for at least two years, and complete individual applications.
