House Parent - a two-person, full-time, on-campus role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (with a second location in Evansville, IN for applicant considerations). The position involves residing in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/two-off (nine consecutive days on, then three days off) schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Partners must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
