House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. A two-person married couple resides in an on-campus student home and provides care, supervision, mentorship, and structured, family-like support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing household schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation package and comprehensive benefits are included (medical, dental, vision, retirement, life/disability, PTO, meals on duty, housing, utilities). Qualifications include youth-focused experience, compliance with two-spouse requirement, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to participate in on-campus living and duties including religious services where applicable.
