House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent role for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, full-time FLEX houseparent position located on-campus in North Logan, UT, supervising and mentoring a cohort of 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Includes relocation package and comprehensive benefits. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses must be age 27 or older, and possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with driving certification capability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
