Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for an on-campus group of 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. This is a full-time, two-person role for legally married couples (both spouses must apply) with on-campus housing provided as part of compensation. Location: Hershey, PA area campus; relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-spouse employment with both applying
- Ages 27 or older for both spouses
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
