House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide care, guidance, supervision, and developmental support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off.
