Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and manage budgeting/household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in the same student home. Includes relocation package and comprehensive benefits; requires both spouses to apply individually and meet age/driver requirements; on-site housing is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel services
