House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning later to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
