Married couples reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents in a student-home setting, supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off work cycle and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation is $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple), with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSAs, life, disability, retirement) and paid time off.
