Job Summary
Married couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group.
