House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of a group of students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent living-and-working arrangement with the same student group. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
