House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
