House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent positions for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples will supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially, couples follow a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule across multiple homes and will transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a single student home. Compensation includes $44,768 per person annually plus relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, housing, meals on duty, and other allowances; total compensation for the couple is approximately $168,000. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, no more than three dependent children in the home, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
