Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes in Lanark, IL, and provide daily supervision, mentorship, student scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, and active engagement in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and working a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. Relocation assistance is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, and both must be 27 or older.
