Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. They manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition to aPlaced Houseparent placement living with the same group of students. Relocation benefits and paid training are provided; housing and meals while on duty are included.

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
