Job Summary
House Parent - Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
