Job Summary
House Parent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor ~813 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation package and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and disability insurance, retirement savings) with paid training and PTO. Requires a two-person, legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs; adherence to campus policies (no alcohol, smoke-free, weapon-free). Completion of individual applications by both spouses is required for consideration.
