House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing on-campus in Hershey, PA. Responsible for providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a student home; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and generate household reports. Initially, a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Relocation package included and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, etc.). Relocation assistance and paid training provided; paid time off at designated times.
