Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role) at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role within the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple). Requirements include youth-experience, a two-person married couple, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
