Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines and medications, transport students to activities, lead devotional and chapel activities, plan developmental and recreational programs, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-on, three-off duty to a placed houseparent with the same students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be 27+, be legally married for at least two years, and complete separate applications. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation includes salary per person and extensive benefits.”,
Required Qualifications
