Job Summary
House Parent - full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, driving to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, planning activities, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then progresses to a placed houseparent in a fixed home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligible for driving certification; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27+ to apply. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; compensation per person around $44,768 annually plus benefits (approximately $168,000 per couple). Required Qualifications
