House Parent position for married couple to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, coordinating routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role begins as a Flex Houseparent with a nine-on/three-off schedule, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group.
