House Parent role for Milton Hershey School in Rockville, CT: Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting.
