House Parent role for Milton Hershey School couples in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of about 813 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent living with the same group.
