House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role evolves from initial placement in various student homes to a Placed Houseparent position with a consistent student group. Requires living on campus, nine days on / three days off schedule, and relocation assistance is provided. The position emphasizes youth supervision, safety, and spiritual guidance within a structured residential setting.
