Job Summary
House Parent role for married couple on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor about 813 students, oversee household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and manage budgeting and reporting. The position follows an initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance is provided; comprehensive benefits included. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-certification ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a two-person, legally married couple role for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Candidates should have experience with youth and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and the ability to foster a family-like environment for students.
Required Qualifications
