Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee household routines and budgeting, and transport students to activities. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation package included; comprehensive benefits and housing/meal provisions included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Relocation package provided
- On-campus housing and meal provisions included
- Full-time, on-site placement in student homes
