House Parent roles involve two married individuals living on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of students in a home-like setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The position alternates between a nine-on/three-off duty cycle with unscheduled time during school days, transitioning later to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home.
