House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent – a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and attending Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
